APPLE-OAT BOOST BALLS

What

(8 boost balls)

2 1/2 cups rolled oats

1 cup Granny Smith apple - grated

1/2 cup almond butter

1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut + more to coat

1/4 cup honey

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

chia seeds, to coat



How

  1. Combine oats, apple almond butter, coconut, honey, salt and cinnamon in the bowl of your food processor. Process until fully combined.

  2. Scoop into 2 tablespoon-portions and roll into balls.

  3. roll each in coconut flakes and chia seeds.

  4. Arrange balls on parchment paper-lined sheet pan and refrigerate at least 2 hours.

  5. You can serve and enjoy them right away or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
