The special thing about matcha is that it gives you more of a calm energy that helps you focus, rather than the jittery effect that coffee tends to have.

It’s a great source of catechins which are thought to be the most potent and beneficial of all antioxidants. They can help improve the clarity of your skin, boost your metabolism, and enhance your immunity.

We like to make larger batches at once to store in a jar for the rest of the week. Then you just give the jar a shake, make it nice and frothy, pour it in a cup and microwave it for about one minute, until warm. THERE!

WHAT

1 teaspoon Matcha green tea Powder.

1 cup of Hot Water - straight from the kettle.

1/2 cup Cashew Nut Milk.

Maple Syrup, to taste. (If you're using sweetened cashew nut milk, you might not need any sweetener.



HOW

BLEND
  1. In you blender; Place the matcha powder, hot water and cashew nut milk.

  2. Blend well (for 20 seconds) on high, so it gets nice and frothy.
