COCO KALE SMOOTHIE
1 cup green kale
1 cup coconut or almond milk - unsweetened
1 tablespoon coconut flakes
1 small banana - frozen
1/4 cup fresh or frozen pineapple
1/4 cup fresh or frozen mango
1-inch piece ginger - peeled and grated
1 scoop protein powder
Add kale and coconut milk to the blender. (If you're not using a high-speed blender, de-stem the kale first)
Blend for a few minutes to ensure the kale is completely broken up and smooth.
Add remaining ingredients to the blender, and continue to mix until smooth. Get comfy & enjoy!
