  • ENERGY WRAP

WHAT

(1 serving)

1 whole grain, glutenfree Tortilla

2 tablespoons Peanut or Almond Butter

1 or 1/2 small Banana - sliced

2 Strawberries - sliced

dash of Cinnamon



HOW

SUSHI BITES:
  1. Spread Peanut of almond Butter on the wrap

  2. Chop up your fruits, place on top and roll it up.

  3. If you want to go make sushi use a sharp knife to slice wrap into sushi bites.

QUESADILLA POCKETS:
  1. Heat a medium skillet over medium high heat and spray pan with cooking spray.

  2. Spread Peanut of almond Butter on the wrap.

  3. Chop up your fruits, arrange on top and sprinkle with cinnamon.

  4. Top with the remaining tortilla, peanut butter side down. Press gently to help them stick together.

  5. When skillet is hot, add the quesadilla, flipping once, until golden brown (2 minutes per side) Cut each quesadilla into halves or quarters.
