WHAT

(4 servings)


MARINADE:

1/3 cup low-sodium Soy Sauce

1 tablesppon extra-virgin Olive Oil

3 cloves Garlic - minced

1 piece fresh Ginger - peeled and minced

4 green Onions - thinly sliced

1 teaspoon ground Allspice

1/2 teaspoon ground Cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon ground Nutmeg

Freshly ground Black Pepper

1/4 cup Lime Juice



CHICKEN:

1 1/2 lb. bone-in chicken drumsticks and thighs

Lime slices, for serving

Green Onions - sliced, for garnish



HOW

Marinade:
  1. In a large bowl; combine all ingredients and whisk until combined.

  2. Add chicken and toss to coat. Transfer to the refrigerator and marinate (at least 30 minutes) up to overnight.

  3. Heat grill to high. Grill chicken until charred and cooked through (20 to 25 minutes)

  4. Serve with lime slices and green onions!
