If you’ve never tried frozen banana ‘ice cream’ before. All you do is freeze a banana and blend it until smooth. It’s definitely looser than regular ice cream and still surprisingly creamy and satisfying. By freezing the banana and blending it, it adds the ice creamy texture that every great milkshake needs to be great.
A generous scoop of our ‘nutella’, some of your favorite nut milk or even water, naturally sweetened and fiber-rich medjool dates, together with the hint of pure cacao and a generous amount of healthy ‘ice cream’ makes this Vegan Nutella Milkshake a no-brainer.
4 Bananas - frozen
1 tablespoon Cacao Powder
1 tablespoon organic Hazelnut Butter (we love the one from Prana)
6 Medjool Dates
2-3 cups Nut Milk or water
In your blender; Mix it all up, adding as much or as little liquid as you want.
