WHAT

2 Bananas

2 cups Blueberries frozen or fresh

1 cup chopped Pineapple frozen or fresh

2 unsweetened Acai packets

1 cup full fat coconut milk

1 cup gluten free granola

popsicle Molds



HOW

  1. In your blender; Add all of the fruit and coconut milk. Blend until smooth and pour into popsicle molds. To the top of each mold, sprinkle on the granola.

  2. Freeze (30 minutes) take them out of the freezer, put in the popsicle sticks. Freeze overnight or until solid.
