24 oz / 680 g chicken breast - cut in thin strips;
2 bell peppers - sliced in thin stripes
1.5 onion - sliced
1.5 tablespoon each oregano, cumin, coriander and chili powder, salt to taste
3 garlic cloves - chopped
Juice of 2.5 lemons
2 tablespoons coconut oil (tallow or ghee are great as wel)
Butter lettuce and little gem (optional) to serve;
Toppings of choice: Avocado slices, salsa, guacamole, thick yogurt and a sprinkle of sesame seeds
