1 cup Coconut Milk
1 cup freshly brewed Coffee
¼ cup Pumpkin Pure
½ teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
¼ teaspoon Vanilla Bean Powder
¼ teaspoon Turmeric Powder
⅛ teaspoon Black Pepper (improves absorption of turmeric)
2 tablespoons Octane Oil
Optional: Maple syrup or stevia to taste

In a small saucepan; Heat up coconut milk until bubbles appear on the top.
In a blender; Blend hot coffee, coconut milk, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla powder, turmeric powder, black pepper and MCT oil. Blend until smooth and frothy.
Add collagen and sweetener to taste, and blend once more.
