  • 1 Avocado - sliced
  • Few leaves of baby spinach
  • Stir-fry veggies

1 Stir fry veggies (6-8 min)
2 Cover your pink tortillas with a luscious layer of goat cheese
3 Place spinach leaves in a straight line in the middle on the cheese
4 Now, roll them up tightly. With a sharp knife, slice them into sushi bite size.
