- Smoked chicken breast
- 1 Small block salad goat cheese
- 1 Avocado - sliced
- Few leaves of baby spinach
- Stir-fry veggies
1 Stir fry veggies (6-8 min)
2 Cover pink tortillas with a luscious layer of goat cheese
3 Place spinach leaves in a straight line in the middle on the cheese, top with avocado and chicken slices. Finish with a spoon of stir-fry veggies.
4 Roll them up tightly. With a sharp knife, slice them into sushi bite size.
