SLIMMING HIGH PROTEIN BOWL

Don’t you feel amazing when you started your day with a delicious breakfast bowl that you just feel your body thanks you for, and your taste buds too.

We know that sounds corny but imagine this; A warm satisfying breakfast bowl with 18 grams protein ready in minutes.

And aside from protein, this slimming high protein bowl is packed with fiber and the healthy fats we love so much.

WHAT

1/2 banana

1/2 cup rolled oats

1 teaspoon flaxmeal

1/2 cup unsweetened soy milk

1/4 serving vanilla protein powder

1/8 teaspoon cinnamon

1 tablespoon unsweetened soy milk



HOW

  1. Using a fork, mash 1/2 banana into the bottom of a small microwave-safe bowl.

  2. Add the rest of the ingredients except for 1 tablespoon of soy milk, and mix together.

  3. Microwave for 2 minutes. Stir, then microwave for 1 minute.

  4. Stir in the last 1 tablespoon of soy milk to make it creamier and cool it down enough to eat.

  5. Add toppings, and enjoy!
