You can preheat your oven in advance 350°F.

4 Tbsp Peanut Butter*
1 small mashed banana (a new/firm banana works best)
2 Tbsp pumpkin puree
1/4 cup dark cacao chunks we used Lily’s sweetened with stevia
1 tsp granulated stevia or 1 Tbsp. raw honey
Pinch of cinnamon (optional)
Preheat oven to 350°F
Combine all the ingredients
Scoop by rounded Tbsp onto coconut oil greased cookie sheet.
Press down gently with fork.
Bake in preheated 350°F oven for 12-14 minutes.
Don’t use the oily part of the peanut butter. Use solid nut butter for your cookies so they do not become too moist.
