And our latest addiction. This healthy, beautiful lunch or dinner dish is much easier to make than you might think, and a lot of fun to decorate with all the toppings of your choice.

Sushi Donuts

WHAT (6 sushi donuts)
  • Half a package of sushi rice 8.818 oz/250 grams
  • 2 tablespoons soy beans
  • TOPPINGS:
  • Avocado
  • Cucumber
  • Radishes
  • Black and white sesame seeds
  • Salmon
  • EQUIPMENT:
  • A mandoline (comes in handy to get thin slices)
  • 6 cavity donut pan
HOW

1 Prepare the sushi rice as stated on the package and let it cool.
2 Slice the radishes and cucumber with a mandoline. Slice half of the cucumber lengthwise
and the other half in slices.
3 Scoop two tablespoons of sushi rice for each hole in your donut pan. Use a teaspoon to press the sushi rice together. 4 Put about 6 soybeans in each donut and cover with the remaining rice.
5 Use a cutting board to turn the donuts around.
Decorate as you like! We love to add avocado cut in slices and to press some sesame seeds on the sushi donuts.
