TURKEY RICE BALLS
WHAT (8 Balls)
- 1 lb lean ground turkey
- 1⁄2 cup Minute Rice
- 1⁄2 cup water
- 1⁄2 onion - minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon celery salt
- 1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup water
Preheat oven to 375.F
1 In large bowl; mix ground turkey, rice, 1/2 cup water, onion, garlic powder, pepper and salt.
2 Form into golf ball size meatballs, place in a 2 quart casserole dish.
3 In a bowl; mix tomatoes sauce, worcestershire and 1 cup water.
4 Pour the mixture over your Turkey Rice balls. Cover and bake (1 hour)
