We’re all a little obsessed with this recipe lately.
These are the healthy fats our body loves so much! I like to layer my pudding with granola, this adds a nice crunch to the delicious creamy texture.

Don’t just take her word for it, give this addictive avocado pudding a try for breakfast or a super healthy snack that will leave you nothing but satisfied.
1 ripe avocado
1 cup almond or coconut milk
1 tablespoon chia seeds
vegan sweetner of choice or 1 - 2 teaspoons honey
optional toppings: granola, shaved coconut, almonds
In your blender: Add avocado chia seeds and honey, blend until smooth. Slowly pour in the milk until you get a creamy consistency.
Spoon a base of avocado pudding, then a layer of granola and a top layer of pudding. Put it in the refrigerator for 30 min.
Remove pudding from refrigerator and top it off with desired toppings.
